Warranty policy
Please remember that if your item has significant physical damage, water damage, oxidation, or was opened by a third party, it will not be covered by the econditioned warranty.
What is excluded from our 12-month warranty?
Econditions warranty plan covers any malfunction of the device independent of your use (battery failure, touch-sensitive malfunction, pushbuttons, etc.).
If you lose, drop, or break the phone, or if it is water damaged, the warranty will not be applied. Another exclusion is if there was an opening of the product, repair or diagnosis made by a 3rd party other than our own.
As a result, if the malfunction of your device has occurred due to a 3rd party or shows sign of impact due to a fall or impact, the warranty will not be applied and we cannot fulfill your request.
This is why we at econditioned strongly encourage you to purchase a waterproof case or case to protect your device.

What are your delivery times?
Operating Hours
Our business days are Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. For any orders placed after 1 p.m., delivery time will be registered the following morning. So the earlier you place an order, the better!
24 hours after your order, you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your device and know when to expect it.
How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping prices vary depending on the device you purchase. The price will automatically generate itself once you add it in your cart and go to checkout.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Right now, we only ship in the US. However, we intend on expanding internationally very soon! If you are eager to make it happen, we encourage you to reach out to us.
